1st Stage: tender consultancy work is carried out as well as obtaining data in order to have a correct project planning, which includes the carrying
out of a Functional Plan and the Feasibility Plan. It ends with the Business Plan.
2nd Stage: development of the Hospital Design's content to be build and its implementation.
3rd Stage: development of different Sector Plans: strategic plan & healthcare plan, systems plan, provisioning and equipment plan, general services
plan, human resources plan and internal & external communication plan.
4rd Stage: Hospital Construction and its follow-up. Systems plan implementation and deployment of plans designed in the 3rd Stage.
