MDS in now Cetrea´s partner for Spain
Since the end of December of 2010, MDS has signed an agreement of collaboration with the Danish company CETREA, leader of medical software in the Nordic countries.
It can be a difficult task to direct and assign personnel and resources without a complete vision of the processes of a medical service. In each Cetrea solution, each passage of the workflow in the service is registered and dated, and with Cetrea Business Intelligence these data are available for the director. It is easy to locate bottle necks, the strong points and the weaknesses, the time consumed by the processes, etc. Business Intelligence is a powerful tool for improving and optimizing clinical workflow.
The concept is to provide to each service and its sanitary personnel all the important information to direct the flow of patients. This means a complete view on the patients, associated personnel, facilities, treatments, tasks, services, etc. All the information must be available for the sanitary personnel in real time. The great interactive touch screens provide a complete vision in strategic locations of the service: offices, rest rooms, laboratories, etc. Using the mobile interface with a smartphone, each member of the personnel has the possibility of having the information in his pocket.
This product uses the last advances in technology; it combines and integrate them with all the IT systems of the hospital, becoming a powerful logistic information center and helping the personnel to do what they do better: to treat and to take care of the patients.
