MDS joins the business concil of Tic Salut
Medical Data System has been accepted as a member of the Business Council of TIC Salut, dependent organism of the Healthcare Department of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia.
TIC Salut is a foundation formed by diverse public administrations involved in the sector of the healthcare and the information technologies, as well as by diverse groupings of hospitals and sanitary centers. The foundation has three advisory councils: the Business Council, the Scientific Council and the Professionals and Citizens Advice. The foundation has four primary targets: the Trends Observatory, the Telemedicine and Teleassistance Plans, the Office of Interoperability and Standards and the relationships with international projects.
All the personnel of MDS are very pleased about joining the foundation, since TIC Salut is a reference in Europe in the application of technologies in healthcare. For our company, where the innovation and the development of new products are one of the main reasons of being, it is a true challenge to be present here. The intention of MDS is to collaborate in the diverse technical projects promoted by TIC Salut and to establish collaborations with companies and institutions of Catalonia.
